Basic Fish Rub
I’ve really gotten into white fish this summer. It’s a nice lean departure from red meat (which I will always really love). This is a basic rub that I like to coat my white fish in. Just a quick sear on high heat and finishing it off in the oven is the way to go!
Cayenne or Chili Powder
1/4 tsp of Salt
1/4 tsp of Cracked Pepper
Mix them all together in a bowl and then transfer onto a small plate for an easier coating. Pat your fish dry with a paper towel, lightly coat in EVOO then place onto the plate with the seasoning. Flip and refrigerate or cook right away!
